We ship every Monday and Wednesday to ensure your dumplings stay frozen and avoid weekend carrier delays. Orders placed before 5 PM ET the day prior (Sunday for Monday shipping, Tuesday for Wednesday shipping) will ship the next fulfillment day. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 1–2 days, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package is on the way. Frozen shipping is expensive due to dry ice and insulated liner costs but we do a lot of work on our back end to bring the cost down and pass on savings to you! We work hard every day to bring down costs even more. We are proud to be able to offer free shipping on orders over $99 (whereas other frozen foods may charge $40+ per order or add it into product costs.) Not here.
