Product Highlights
High-Protein Flour Milled from a blend of premium northern winter and spring wheats, this flour helps create a supple, delicate dumpling skin.
Freshly Ground Pork A custom blend of 80/20 freshly ground, locally-sourced pork, flavored with fresh ginger and scallion, for a classic dumpling experience.
Broth The soup in our soup dumplings is a pork and chicken-based broth seasoned with aromatic rice wine, filling each dumpling with a rich, delicious flavor.
Cooking Method
1
In a large wok or pan, bring 2-3 inches of water to a rolling boil.
2
Place dumplings in lined steamer basket. Make sure to leave a 1 inch gap between dumplings.
3
Steam dumplings for 11 minutes (until internal temp. reaches 165°F). Remove from heat.
4
Rest dumplings for 1 minute with lid on. After 1 minute remove lid and rest for an additional minute. Serve with your favorite sauces!

exceptional customer service
I was excited to order from Mila because I had tried their soup dumplings from Walmart and my order came but was thawed. they immediately shipped me a new order to replace the first one but unfortunately was thawed also so they immediately gave me a refund. their customer service and response is above exceptional and even helped me locate a store near me that I can purchase their products.

Amazing Product!

Excellent product that can compete with any restaurant or Dim Sum place. Worth buying for sure. I was super hungry after getting home from work tonight, I grabbed a handful and put them in my steamer, took about 15 Minutes and the product was as good as Ding Ti Fung!.. Highly recommend

These dumplings were wonderful. In addition the sauces were extremely delicious. Green tea ice cream was creamy and flavorful. Highly recommend. In addition my first shipment had thawed and they replaced the perishables at no cost.

Best pre-made everything
I have purchased noodle packs often but hadn’t tried dumpling or potstickers until recently. Oh boy golly, easy prep and delicious. The chili crunch is the best I have ever had in my 30 years of eating it.
